Raúl Viela began his musical studies at the Conservatory of Music of Huesca and later completed his higher studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid. He also holds a degree in History and Music Sciences and a Master’s degree in Musical Research.


He has performed concerts in more than 20 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America, collaborating with international cultural institutions and AECID. In addition to his concert career, he teaches at conservatories in Spain and is the founder and director of the Gaspar Sanz Institute and Guitar Festival.
