The “In Retrospect” series hosts filmmakers whose works share a common point of departure: tracing the aftermath of an event, a feeling, or an accumulated speculation.
Through diverse approaches and varying production contexts, the four sessions will follow the trajectories of these projects and the turning points that shaped or halted them, how their makers searched for their cinematic language, and how they encountered success or failure, shaping a renewed way of looking at these films from a retrospective lens.
