At the center of the evening is Mahib Sleat, electrifying you with street-rooted rhythms, and experimental hip-hop textures. Known for blending the pulse of mahraganat with contemporary global production styles, Sleat’s music often feels like a collage of Cairo itself, chaotic, raw and multi-textured. This performance marks the live launch of his latest album, a project that further expands his sonic vocabulary with heavy basslines, fractured beats, and music that creates a hypnotic atmosphere. Sharing the spotlight is Rozer, celebrating the release of a new EP. Rozer’s music leans into the emotional side of alternative rap, weaving introspective lyricism with melodic production.
