Join us for a dynamic and playful yoga flow that blends traditional vinyasa with somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.
When the nervous system doesn’t feel safe, the body tends to hold tension, which can limit strength, flexibility, and coordination. Through twisting, side bending, breath awareness, and simple brain-body practices inspired by neuroscience, this class helps release tension and create a sense of support in the body.
Expect a fluid, creative flow that builds strength, improves mobility, and deepens your connection with your body.

This workshop is open for everyone, all experience levels are welcome.
